When it comes to the definition of Albiinism, actually,Albinism results from inheritance of recessive gene alleles, and it is commonly an autosomal recessive disorder. Lack of pigment can range from complete absence to little deficiency which based on the underlying genetic defect. There are two typical types of albinism, one is Oculocutaneous Albinism: Affecting the eyes, skin and hair, other one is Ocular Albinism: Affecting only the eyes. However, when it comes to the definition of vitiligo, it is a chronic skin condition which characterized by portions of the skin losing their pigment. It occurs when skin pigment cells die or are unable to function. Aside from cases of contact with certain chemicals, the cause of vitiligo is unknown. Vitiligo is devided into two basic categories: Segmental Vitiligo: It occurs in areas of skin close to the dorsal nerve roots of the spinal cord and is usually unilateral.

Non-segmental Vitiligo: This type of vitiligo are common type of vitiligo. Sometimes ,the form of symmetry can be observed in the location of de- pigmented patched of skin. New patches can appear over time and can be generalized or localized to a part of the body.
